Description
About Owner
Owner is the AI-native system local business owners use to succeed, starting with restaurants.
We’re building the system that replaces the many tools owners use to run their business.
It powers everything from the restaurant’s website, online ordering, CRM, POS, and more.
Product philosophy
Most small business software makes owners do the work to get what they want: sales growth and profit growth. Owner does the work for them agentically.
Our system drives demand, converts it, and helps operators run their business day to day. As it improves, the business improves with it.
Using Owner should feel like having a team of great operators, engineers, and marketers working for you.
Our vision
We’re starting by helping independent restaurants succeed online.
But it’s not just restaurants that need our help. Most local businesses are struggling with these same problems. Huge technology corporations are taking their customers, bleeding their profits, and making it hard for them to survive.
Once we nail the solution for restaurants – we’ll scale it into every other local business type.
In the future we envision, tens of millions of local business owners will use our technology to succeed in the digital age.
Our traction
Since 2020, we've generated tens of millions in revenue and processed over a billion dollars of online orders. 1 in 5 Americans have used an Owner.com http://Owner.com website.
More importantly, we’ve helped over 20,000 restaurant owners, and saved them nearly $200 million in fees.
Our team
Our team is now in the low hundreds. We’ve got top talent from the most successful companies in SMB software, including: Shopify, HubSpot, DoorDash, ServiceTitan, Rappi, Faire and Stripe.
We’ll be scaling even faster in 2026 to keep pace with our customer growth.
Where we work
Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Most of our teammates are distributed throughout the globe. Please review the role description and discuss with your recruiter for more details on location!
Why we're looking for you
Owner is growing fast, and our Account Executive team is the engine of that growth. We’re looking for a sales-first Revenue Enablement Specialist to own and progress the enablement program maturation specifically for our AE organization.
This role is ideal for someone who has lived the closing sales motion, as a top-performing Account Executive or Sales Leader, and is excited to apply that experience to building training, onboarding, and development programs that actually move the needle. We want a "grinder" who has actually sold and understands the nuances of deal cycles, discovery, and negotiation. You will be an activator, not a blocker, working hyper-flexibly with leadership to level up the AE org.
REVENUE ENABLEMENT MANAGER, AE TEAM
The Role
We're hiring a Revenue Enablement Manager to own AE enablement and drive measurable revenue impact. You'll build and execute an outcomes-focused enablement roadmap, ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives with the highest impact on sales performance, quota achievement, and revenue growth.
What You'll Own
- Program Strategy & Execution: Design and deliver the AE enablement roadmap with quarterly plans and monthly sprints. Roll out frameworks, playbooks, and training that directly correlate to rep productivity, deal velocity, and quota attainment. Measure everything against revenue outcomes.
- New Hire Onboarding: Deliver, refine, and scale our AE onboarding program continuously. You'll be in-office for a significant portion of the program to drive hands-on training, coaching, and culture fit, essential for setting reps up to win. Your hybrid flexibility is critical to supporting this in-person collaboration.
- Rep Development: Build and improve competency-based training programs in discovery, demos, pipeline management, and negotiation. Develop role-transition programs for BDR→AE advancement and leverage simulation tools for at-scale coaching and skill refinement.
- Content Development & Improvement: Build and continuously improve eLearning modules, battlecards, playbooks, talk tracks, competitor guides, and process documentation. Create engaging, scalable content that drives adoption, retention, and measurable performance gains.
- AI-Powered Enablement: Leverage AI tools to enhance training design, personalize learning paths, automate content creation, and drive measurable impact on sales performance. Stay ahead of enablement innovation to amplify team effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product, marketing, and RevOps to ensure enablement initiatives stay connected to business priorities, product updates, and frontline needs. Drive adoption of new sales frameworks and motions across the revenue org.
Who You Are
Minimum requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience with real closing or quota-carrying exposure; ideally top-performer who understands deal cycles and the AE grind
- 6+ years in sales enablement, building and scaling programs that demonstrably drive revenue outcomes
- Track record of translating sales motion and rep challenges into scaled training and development programs
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Avvara, and eLearning platforms (WorkRamp, etc.) for building and delivering training content
- Outstanding coaching and facilitation skills, comfortable training groups, 1:1 coaching, and translating feedback into development plans
- AI-Driven enablement innovator: Passion for leveraging AI to transform how we build and deliver enablement.
- Organized, adaptable, and hyper-collaborative with leadership—an activator, not a blocker
- Obsessed with measuring enablement's direct impact on revenue, pipeline, and quota attainment
Who You'll Work With
Your day-to-day partners are senior sales leaders and frontline managers, Sales Enablement leadership, marketing, product and the broader enablement team.
Pay and benefits
The base salary for this role is $165,000 CAD plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
Other benefits include comprehensive health coverage, unlimited PTO - plus extra fun perks!
