You’ll be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials, load and unload shipments, and support daily production and inventory operations.</p> <ul> <li>This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Texas location</li> <li><strong>Hourly Rate</strong>: $19/hr</li> <li><strong>PTO</strong>: This role offers paid vacation &amp; sick days</li> <li><strong>Benefits</strong>: Coverage for you as well as your family, company pays 75%</li> <li><strong>We have 2 potential shifts</strong>. Below, we will ask which ones you are interested in and please check all that apply <ul> <li><strong>Weekday Shift:</strong>&nbsp; Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Weekend Shift:&nbsp;</strong>Friday - Sunday, 5 am - 6 pm</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h2>In this role, you will:</h2> <ul> <li>Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products.</li> <li>Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and care.</li> <li>Maintain warehouse organization and follow safety guidelines.</li> <li>Support inventory management and perform cycle counts.</li> <li>Communicate with team members to maintain smooth operations.</li> </ul> <h2>We're looking for someone who:</h2> <ul> <li>3 years previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production setting.</li> <li>Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and safety.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Proficiency in written and spoken English.</li> </ul> <h2>Approach to the work:&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li>Ownership.
